Curried Carrot Avocado Soup- Phase 2

 An Autumn sunset in a bowl! This curried, gently spicy, creamy, soul-satisfying soup is a lovely way to unwind at the end of a long day.  Ingredients 3 C. Carrots, chopped 2 C. water 2 avocados 1 clove garlic 3 tsp. ginger juice 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp.curry powder 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 Tbsp.
