Raw Spicy Beans

Full of warming spices and herbs – these Raw Beans are bursting with flavor and are sure to tickle your taste buds!

  • 2 C. sunflower seeds (or 1 C. sunflower seeds with 1/2 C. Agar agar)
  • ¼ C. sundried tomato (please soak for 1/2 hour, drain and save the soak water)
  • ¼ cup sundried tomato soak water
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
  • ½ zucchini, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chickpea miso
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. chipotle
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Salt
  • 1 C. chopped cilantro

Blend in a food processor until smooth, fold in the cilantro. If you like you can keep it a little chunky for a bean like texture.
