Apple-Pear Crumble- Phase 2

Raw Apple Pear Crumble Recipe

This apple-pear crumble seems so perfect for a winter evening spent curled up in front of the fireplace watching the snow gently fall outside the window. Serve it with a scoop of our Vanilla Ice Cream and you have raw, vegan nirvana! As much as we love this picture, we’ll admit that we really don’t need an excuse to indulge in this rich, lush treat. So whether under a blanket by the fire or on a blanket at the beach, you’ll always find your own slice of heaven with this crumble. 


  • 2 C. soaked raisins
  • 3 C. soaked, dehydrated almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Spice to taste
  • 1 tsp. stevia
  • Dash of salt

Add above ingredients to food processor and blend. Press half of mixture into a 8 x 11 pan. Let chill.

Optional: To created varied texture, chop 1 cup soaked, dehydrated pecans and add to remaining nut/spice mixture.

Cut 5 apples and 5 pear into slices (soak in lemon water to retain color if using the next day).  Layer fruit and remaining nut/spice mixture. Continue until all layers are finished. Let chill for 2 hours. Top with whipped cream.

Whipped Cream

  • 2 peeled zucchini
  • 3 C. cashews
  • 1/2 C. almond milk
  • 1/2 dropper vanilla stevia

Blend above ingredients in food processor and add to top of dessert when serving.
