Spaghetti & Neat Balls-Phase 1

Mama Mia!!! We have a classic, good ol’ favorite for YOU! Rich, zesty marinara served over lightly delightful zucchini noodles topped with our almost famous ‘neat balls’. Just like Mama used to make only it’s raw and it’s vegan and you have your own bragging rights as well. Buon appetito! NOODLES: Spiralize 12 medium zucchini using the small blade.  Sprinkle and gently toss with salt, let sit for 2 hours minimum. Drain. NEAT BALLS: Pulse in the food processor to form a paste.
