Using Essential Oils to Prevent Jet Stress

Essential oils have very powerful healing properties. Certain essential oils help during and after the flight. The following essential oil blends are offered so that you may make your own therapeutic potions to prevent jet stress.

Lemongrass – 5 drops
Black Pepper- 1 drop
Grapefruit- 4 drops
Lavender- 5 drops
Tea Tree- 3 drops

Add essential oils to a 10 mL glass bottle. Fill the remainder of the bottle with a carrier oil. We recommend jojoba oil, as it does not become rancid. Rub oil on soles of feet before or during plane ride. It is a simple but effective way to combat fatigue and calm the mind. It is also antibacterial.

Tea Tree- 3 drops
Lavender- 3 drops
Sandalwood- 3 drops
Eucalyptus- 3 drops

Add essential oils to a small glass spray bottle. Fill bottle with water. Spray into the air around your seat. It is nice to explain to your seat mates that it is an all-natural bacterial spray. This spray is an optional part of the protocol.
