Cauliflower – the World’s Healthiest food?
Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, and folate. It is also a good source of biotin, dietary fiber, antioxidants, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus. - 5 C. cauliflower
- 1 C. coconut flakes
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- ¾ tsp. salt
Chop ingredients in a food processor using the S blade until it resembles the texture of rice. Serve right away or chill and serve.
