Calming Flower Herbal Tea- Phase 1

A delightful daily sipping tea to help calm heightened stress and anxiety, quiet the body and mind, calm the nerves or just to relax at the end of a long day.

Ingredients:

For one 12 ounce cup:

  • 2 tsp. of pre-mixed herbal tea, or more if desired:
  •  Chamomile Flowers
  • Lavender Flowers
  • Linden Flowers
  • Skullcap
  • Rose Petals

 

For 1 pound:

  • 2 Parts (4 ounces) Chamomile Flowers
  • 1 Part (2 ounces) Lavender Flowers
  • 1 Part (2 ounces) Linden Flowers
  • 1 Park (2 ounces) Skullcap
  • 1 Part (2 ounces) Rose Petals

 

Directions

  • Combine all herbs and gently mix well.
  • Place 2 tsp of herbal tea blend in tea strainer
  • Place strainer in 12 ounce mug, or larger or smaller if desired
  • Add hot water, boiled and let rest for 3 minutes
  • Steep for 5-7 minutes
  • Enjoy, and be careful that it is not too hot
