A delightful daily sipping tea to help calm heightened stress and anxiety, quiet the body and mind, calm the nerves or just to relax at the end of a long day.
|For one 12 ounce cup:
|For 1 pound:
- Combine all herbs and gently mix well.
- Place 2 tsp of herbal tea blend in tea strainer
- Place strainer in 12 ounce mug, or larger or smaller if desired
- Add hot water, boiled and let rest for 3 minutes
- Steep for 5-7 minutes
- Enjoy, and be careful that it is not too hot
