Apple Pie-Phase 2

  • 7-8 apples
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Sweet-E
  • 15 drops liquid Stevia Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Roughly pulse 5 apples in a food processor into tiny pieces, toss lemon juice and 1 tsp cinnamon over it and dehydrate for a couple of hours or longer at 115 degrees F. Blend remaining apples and other ingredients into apple sauce. Mix all in a bowl, pour into pie dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups Raw Almonds
  • 8 drops of Stevia
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Place all ingredients in food processor and make into a crumbly mix. Press into a pie shell.
