This actually creates a healing or another level of order in terms of how to be in the world. The understanding of order/chaos/order is not just on the physical plane of disease, but clearly includes the mental, emotional, and spiritual planes. By reestablishing our vertical connection, we can move out of domination into harmonic partnership without taking energy from each […]

On one marker were blessings. On the other marker there were curses. One got to choose between life and death. Having just spent 40 years in the desert, the children of Israel now had to choose. Free will choice is the distinguishing mark between being free and being a slave. Slaves don’t have free will choices. Free will is a gift that we have for our spiritual evolution. Sometimes people come from the place of ego when they are promoting free will choice, and, yet, free will […]

Kundalini_Newsletter_650x350

Kundalini is the power of consciousness. Similarly . . . she dwells at the center of the human body, in the Muladhara chakra (first chakra) and controls and maintains our whole physiological system through its network of 72,000 nadis . . . she makes everything work in our bodies . . . our mind, senses, power of motion.” Another term for Kundalini energy is prana. This is a sobering statistic, considering the damaging effect that antidepressant drugs have on psycho-social-spiritual development. The good news is that both movement and living nutrition are highly effective for the prevention and the treatment of depression. It is common for children and adults to feel more uplifted and energized on live foods. On this healthy […]
